What happens when you place an order

I invoice orders once an order is received. As soon as payments are received I will pack and dispatch. My aim is to get your order to you as soon as possible, I dispatch parcels same day if payment is received before 12pm GMT, next day dispatch after 12pm GMT Monday to Friday however this process can take up to 2-3 working days during the festive season.

I prefer to use 'Royal Mail Second Class Signed For' for domestic postage and 'Royal Mail International Track and Signed For' for International postage to make sure that the items get to you and for the peace of mind.

I retain proof of postage once I post the parcel, please contact me if you have any questions..

 

Payments

I only accept GBP STERLING. 

NO PAYPAL FEES  :-)

*Payment to be made 3 working days after receiving invoice. I accept payment by PayPal but electronic bank transfers available upon request. If payment is not received by 3 working days after the invoice date, your order will be cancelled and a Non-Paying Buyer (NPB) will be filed.
